Since my day at Brighton SEO, I have familiarised myself with a few useful tools that were discussed by speakers at the event.
Each tool is relevant for various aspects of digital marketing practice, some of which we are already using at Zest, and some we will be trying out in the near future.
SOCIAL IMAGE DESIGN – CANVA
Erica McGillivray, a senior community manager at Moz, mentioned the first useful program; Canva. We use this tool to create images that are slick, engaging and shareable to relevant target audiences.
The website itself is perfect for gaining inspiration on the layout of your imagery, and the templates use high-contrast imagery to help make your photos more distinguished. Setting your imagery apart is vital, as social networks have become cluttered with all kinds of photography and graphics.
