Shopping on Amazon is always a fun experience for me. Every time I visit the ‘Everything Store’ I see new content, and that means no two visits are ever the same. It keeps me coming back for more, even if I don’t buy something most of the time.
Of course, Amazon has advantages. Tremendous advantages when compared to most eCommerce businesses. They’re worth billions of dollars and have the resources to create complex algorithms that deliver personalized and dynamic content to their shoppers. You don’t have access to those resources.
