CMI Acquires Content Marketing Awards, Highlighting the Value of Content Marketing EventsThe prestigious Content Marketing Awards, the top form of recognition in the industry, has been acquired by the Content Marketing Institute (CMI). The organization—a known leader in content strategy and news—will now produce the awards.

The CMI’s valuation of the Content Marketing Awards illustrates the potency and relevance of content marketing events that establish a bridge between content marketing and physical event production.

Previously, the awards had been operated jointly by McMURRY/TMG and the Content Marketing Institute, two organizations that merged their discrete awards into one distinctive set of honors. The first awards ceremony produced by CMI will take place in 2015.
