CrossFit your content marketing

If someone mentioned the word CrossFit to you a few years ago, you would have been forgiven for thinking they were referring to an adaptable plug thingamajig or a crossword championship of sorts. Flash forward to 2014 and this exercise craze is now sweeping the globe. It’s so big in fact, it has its own Olympics. And with brands like Reebok leading the sponsorship charge, this exercise cult is set to grow.

Much like CrossFit, content marketing has officially moved out of its buzzword/fad trimester and is becoming a discipline that many have accepted is here to stay. But the similarities don’t end there. The seemingly unrelated topics have a few things in common and the Foreword Content Team joined CrossFit District Six in Cape Town to find out just how much content has in common with CrossFit and how understanding a few basics can help flex those content muscles.
