Every author, writer and a scribbler, has to go over a writer’s block, some frequently, while the creative best face this maybe on a less frequent basis. As I am writing this post, I realize that I was clouded by the exact same mental block that I am going to pen down today. I hope to inspire, awaken and encourage you to break the shackles and get going on your next writing project.
The Block
From personal experience, I think, in most of the cases, one hits a brick wall, not being able to come up with a topic to write about is due to many of the following factors –
Too much reading and very less brainstorming about topics worth writing about
Lot of planning, creating and saving drafts with the titles, considering to write on them “someday”
- Sheer laziness to sit behind a screen and spend the next hour or so researching an interesting topic and blog about it
- Lack of confidence to produce quality articles and blog posts worth reading about
- Running out of creativity
- And the list goes on and on …
